Dunleavy, former veteran Bank of America executive, has joined Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) as a managing director in the Financial Industry Advisory Services (FIAS) group. In her 26 years with Bank of America, she held a variety of executive management positions. As the consumer real estate sales executive, she was responsible for end-to-end management of all sales channels, including direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels. As the consumer executive of the Mid-Atlantic, she successfully led 290 retail branches with $13 billion in deposits and 2,800 employees. In addition, Ms. Dunleavy successfully led commercial banking groups, a $9 billion student lending business, retail banking for Bank of America's 247,000 employees and student banking. She also developed and implemented strategies for several customer segments, as well as execution, communication and monitoring plans to ensure success. Ms. Dunleavy earned a bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, and a master's degree in business administration, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. She established and became Chairman of the Board for Inova, the local children's hospital, in Fairfax, Virginia. Ms. Dunleavy is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
