To Help Students Advance Their Careers in Today`s Challenging Economy, UT Dallas
Enlists RiseSmart Job Concierge Service to Assist with Online Job Hunting
RICHARDSON, Texas & SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
The School of Management of The University of Texas at Dallas and RiseSmart, a
provider of Web-enabled job search and outplacement services, today announced
that UT Dallas will provide RiseSmart Job Concierge service to all students
enrolled in the school`s Executive MBA (EMBA) program.

RiseSmart Job Concierge uses Web technology supported by a global team of HR
professionals to free $100K + jobseekers from the labor-intensive task of online
job search. Each jobseeker is assigned a dedicated HR professional who searches
job listings across the Web, returning only the listings that best match the
jobseeker`s specific criteria. The RiseSmart Job Concierge team listens to
individual feedback to continually enhance the results it delivers.

"A 2008 Kelton Research survey reported that the majority of online jobseekers
spend an average of 50 hours per month searching the Web for jobs," said Sanjay
Sathe, RiseSmart founder and CEO. "This is not the best use of a senior
professional`s time - particularly one who is working full-time while trying to
earn an MBA. RiseSmart Job Concierge takes the pressure off by managing your
online job search for you."

"We encourage our EMBA students to actively manage their careers," said Dr.
David Springate, interim director of the university`s EMBA program. "Each
student is paired with a personal executive coach who helps the student develop
a career plan appropriate to the student`s skills, interests and personal goals.
In addition, Executive MBA students take advantage of a full range of services
offered by the School of Management Career Center. RiseSmart Job Concierge is an
important addition to the Career Center`s offerings - particularly during
difficult economic times, when students are concerned about the job market."

Current UT Dallas EMBA students will receive three months of RiseSmart Job
Concierge service, which they can use anytime during the next 18 months.
Beginning with next year`s incoming class, students will receive six months of
service.
