EnviroMission Limited will provide overarching, executive management and strategy to EnviroMission (USA), Inc., (a 100% owned subsidiary), under the direction of EnviroMission's Chief Executive, Mr Roger Davey. Financial and resource efficiencies expected from localized business operations and incentives that are exclusive to US corporations will significantly strength the commercial prospects for Solar Tower development in the US. EnviroMission (USA), Inc. will commence briefings and interactions with power authorities and councils in the southwest to drive Solar Tower development forward in the US. The southwest region of the US, specifically Arizona, has been identified as an ideal Solar Tower development destination based on meteorological data and regional market conditions that include strong mandates and incentives for renewable energy generation.
