as a YWCA Woman of Professional Excellence at the YWCA`s Women of Achievement
Awards Luncheon held on May 5, 2009. The Award honors women who demonstrate
outstanding leadership and a commitment to excellence in advancing their careers
and enhancing their communities.

As an attorney with Ulmer & Berne, Ms. Lovett focuses her practice on real
estate and business law and has significant experience handling the acquisition,
financing, development, leasing, zoning and environmental matters related to
real property. She specializes in the development and financing of urban
properties utilizing tax credit enhanced and alternative financing methods. She
was recognized by CREW in 2003 for her work related to the largest HUD-financed
project in Ohio. Ms. Lovett chairs the Firm`s UB WILL - Women In Law and
Leadership program. This program was designed to provide an environment that
