Three Additional New Members also Appointed to Board of Directors LOS ANGELES--(Business Wire)-- First Private Bank & Trust today announced the elevation and appointment of Brian Shapiro to Chairman of its Board of Directors, and also announced the election of three new Board members. Mr. Shapiro, a Board member since 2008, brings extensive corporate experience and wealth and tax management expertise to the chairman position. The additional three individuals joining the Board are William Shea, Thomas Evans and Doug Stewart, all of whom possess extensive leadership experience within the service and banking industries.
