consecutive quarter of profitable revenue growth. With more than $800 million in
client expansion and $423 million in new client contracts, IQNavigator continues

in difficult macro economic conditions.

During Q1, IQNavigator closed $1.23 billion in spend in new services procurement
contracts to ensure quantifiable cost savings results, global visibility and
corporate compliance, and top quartile performance metrics for Global 2000
clients. A significant portion of this new spend is reflected in client
up-selling results; a testament to client satisfaction with IQNavigator`s
superior software capabilities, vendor-neutral solutions, and client alignment

Marketshare Wins and International Growth Drive Positive Outlook in 2009

IQNavigator`s record sales bookings were spurred on by explosive growth in
projects-based expansions across every market including: financial,
manufacturing, travel and transportation, energy industries and a significant

International growth with well over 50 percent of the new spend contracted in Q1
