today their high volume VOD viewership in the Seattle and Portland
markets of Comcast Cable.

    According to the most recent independent reports, Players Network, viewed
as "Vegas on Demand" on Comcast, is making a strong showing in the U.S.
Northwest VOD market. With approximately 11% of Seattle and Portland VOD
enabled audiences, Players Network is uniquely situated to offer this
