Craig Corrance Brings over 20 Years of Management Experience in the Global
Orthopaedic Industries

Applied Spine Technologies, Inc. (AST) announced today that Craig Corrance, who
has more than 20 years of management experience in global orthopaedic
industries, has been named as the company`s new Chief Executive Officer. 

Mr. Corrance was formerly the President for Centinel Spine, Inc. Prior to
Centinel, Mr. Corrance served in senior executive roles for both U.S. and
international orthopaedic and spinal product companies, of particular note
Altiva Corporation and Scient`x USA, where he was instrumental in building
businesses from start-up positions utilizing his experience of developing and
commercializing technologies, fund raising, acquisitions and strategic and
operational planning.
