hotel-like Centers, and the use of computer technology account for speedier
recovery and discharge in rehab patients compared to national averages.

Independent research data demonstrate that 91 percent of CareOne's rehab
patients return home versus the rest of the country.  CareOne's facilities are
less than five years old with state-of-the-art technology, compared to the
industry standards of 15 years per age of facility.  The result is better
