Former Cleveland Director of Finance Joins Construction Consulting Firm
CLEVELAND--(Business Wire)--
Strnisha Development Advisors (SDA) is joining Project Management Consultants
LLC (PMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Thompson Hine LLP. SDA, founded by
Stephen Strnisha in 2005, provides assistance in obtaining public/private
financing for real estate development, assisting clients with identifying
financing and other strategies necessary to facilitate project objectives. Under
the terms of the agreement, Strnisha will join PMC asdirector of finance
services. Jessica Dunn Coffey, who served as senior associate at SDA, will also
join PMC as senior finance consultant. Strnisha and Coffey will continue to
serve their clients while expanding into new opportunities afforded by joining
PMC.

Strnisha has over 20 years of experience in bond rating analysis, investment
banking, finance and economic development leadership on behalf of both local
government and the nonprofit sector.

Prior to launching SDA, Strnisha served as the chief finance and economic
development officer for the Greater Cleveland Partnership, where he led the
economic development activities and handled the financial integration of the
2004 merger of Cleveland Tomorrow, the Greater Cleveland Growth Association and
the Greater Cleveland Roundtable. Prior to this merger, Strnisha was deputy
director of Cleveland Tomorrow, a membership organization of CEOs of the 50
largest Northeast Ohio corporations focused on regional economic development
initiatives. Additionally, he managed Cleveland Tomorrow`s various real estate
development funds, which raised $67 million in capital from private investors in
their last seven years.

Strnisha also served as director of finance for the city of Cleveland under
Mayor Michael White before being appointed executive assistant for development.
During his tenure with the city of Cleveland (1991-1995), he led the city`s
financing efforts, directing the sale of over $600 million in city debt and
managing the city`s financial participation in the development of the Gateway
Sports complex (which includes Progressive Field and Quicken Loans Arena) as
well as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.

"We are thrilled to have Steve and Jessica join us," says Jeff Appelbaum,
founder and managing director of PMC. "Steve`s background will greatly benefit
our clients and their construction project management and project finance needs.
Having them both aboard will enable us to expand and deepen the services PMC
provides."
