NOVA Home Loans Launches Mortgage Protection Plan That Offers Safety Net for
Consumers

TUCSON, Ariz., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- NOVA Home Loans proudly announces the
launch of its SafeHouse Mortgage Protection Plan. In today's economic
landscape, many are interested in buying or refinancing a home, but are
concerned that their jobs may not be secure. NOVA Home Loans has a program
that will make that decision easier. The SafeHouse Mortgage Protection Plan is
a program that protects the mortgage consumer by making their mortgage payment
for them on time should they lose their job or experience an economic
misfortune.

Jon Volpe, CEO of NOVA Home Loans, states, "Knowing that one's home, usually
one's largest investment and source of greatest security, is protected from
the decisions that an employer may face will give mortgage consumers great
comfort as they continue to plan for their future." Volpe continues, "This is
an ideal time to buy or refinance a home. We do not want to see one more
person miss out on low interest rates because they are concerned about the
stability of their employment. NOVA's SafeHouse Mortgage Protection Plan
ensures that if they lose their jobs, their mortgage payments are covered."

NOVA provides this plan in conjunction with The RainyDay Foundation, a
national organization established to create and maintain responsible
homeownership. Since the Foundation's inception, a major focus has been to
provide tools to educate, counsel, support and financially assist homeowners
who experience unforeseen short-term financial problems. The Foundation's
Rainy Day Program provides emergency support (both educational and financial)
to homeowners experiencing financial challenges.

NOVA Home Loans was founded in 1980 in Tucson. The company is licensed as a
Mortgage Bank and Mortgage Broker. Nova Insurance Services LLC is a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Nova Financial & Investment Corporation, dba Nova
Home Loans. NOVA Home Loans has 9 offices in Arizona and provides loan
services in California, Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Montana, New
Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming and Washington (state), Texas, and Virginia.
