CruiseCam International Announces Management Agreement with Western Pinnacle

LIGHTHOUSE POINT, Fla., May 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CruiseCam
International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CCMC), the inventor of the world's first
seat video and imaging apparatus, is pleased to announce that it has signed a
Marketing Agreement with Western Pinnacle Insurance Services, Inc ("WPIS"), a
specialty insurance producer and program manager with access to a breadth of
insurance products, including Workers Compensation, Life and General Liability
Insurance. WPIS will design tailored insurance products to customers of
CruiseCam as well as introduce current and prospective clients to CruiseCam
products and services.
CruiseCam has obtained a commitment to replace the defaulted funding announced
in October. CCMC has a commitment(s) in excess of seven figures and will
announce details in the near future. The proceeds of the funding will be used
to purchase inventories to fill the backlog of orders currently on hand.
The Company is pleased to announce the following appointments:
Elan Yaish as Chief Financial Officer and Director. A multi-faceted
executive, Mr. Yaish blends business know-how and financial expertise with
sound accounting practices honed at Deloitte & Touche. He has a record of
dramatically improving profits for companies in diverse industries including
the computer, software, telecommunications, manufacturing and chemical
industries. The Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business, awarded Mr.
Yaish a BS in Accounting in 1992. He continued his studies abroad at Yeshivat
Sha'alvim, Israel. Mr. Yaish is a licensed CPA in New York and a member of the
AICPA and NYSSCPA.
Kevin Lee Blain as Secretary/Treasurer. Mr. Blain is the founder, principal
and chairman of Malibu Investment, Inc. He has a Masters of Business
Administration from George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from the
David Clark School of Law.
CruiseCam International, Inc. also announces that it plans to relocate its
corporate office to South Florida in order to accommodate its largest
customer, and has upgraded its web site at cruisecam.com, in an effort to
enhance the corporation's identity and to provide transparency and full
disclosure to its public shareholders.
