SafeAuto(R) Adopts New Business Analytics Solution From Audatex North America,
Inc., Signs Multi-Year Agreement

Agreement Includes Audatex Insight(TM), Audatex Estimating(TM), and
Autosource(R)

SAN DIEGO, May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Audatex North America, Inc., a leading
provider of software and services for the automotive claims processing
industry, today announced that it has signed a multi-year renewal with
SafeAuto Insurance Company. Based in Columbus, Ohio, SafeAuto serves policy
holders in 14 states across the Midwest, Arizona and Texas.

Under the agreement, SafeAuto will implement Audatex Insight, the industry's
best-in-class business analytics solution which delivers real-time, highly
accessible data enabling claims personnel to make better decisions and improve
performance. Independent appraisers and SafeAuto staff appraisers will
continue relying on Audatex software to process vehicle damage and provide
unbiased repair estimates to collision repairers. SafeAuto staff will also
manage auto claims and repair workflow with Audatex Claims Manager(TM), and
vehicle total loss settlements with Autosource.

Audatex Insight is a welcomed addition to the SafeAuto claims process.
