ST. LOUIS, May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Randy Wright, President of Sound

There are no immediate plans to change the manufacturing source or business
relationships. Our valued customers will be informed of opportunities in a
timely manner. Lead-time, price, service, or delivery will not change without
improvement. Both companies absolutely pledge to maintain complete customer
satisfaction and quality throughout the transition.

Dr. Park and Randy Wright both agree the synergy between the two companies is
a perfect fit for the times and cooperation between the two companies. Belton
technical personnel and management have already spent careful time with Randy,
Scott, and Ken(co-owners) in the Cary, IL facility prior to the purchase
agreement.

A careful one-year transition plan was agreed to, beginning May 1. This
includes the beginning of all data and technology sharing, training, capital
equipment transfer, and many hours in each other's facilities through
extensive travel and cooperation.

Belton and Accutronics(R) agree to further improve and maintain analog
mechanical reverb. All Accutronics(R) processes in manufacturing and testing
will be maintained and documented. The two companies are responsible for the
supply of 60% of the worldwide analog reverb market. The economies of scale
should allow continued research, new and old tooling design and refurbishment,
production process reform, and better pricing.

We are combining over 100 years of experience in the sound effects of modern
music with the input of our on-board personnel, not to mention the many years
of working with the best in the industry back to 1935. Belton has recently
introduced the BTDR-1 (Belton Digilog Reverb) to the music world with positive
accolades.

Who would have thought that a couple of guys by the name of Leo and Dick,
followed by Jimmie and Ted, would still be the cutting edge of tone and art?
Both companies are committed to the continued support of the individual
musician and makers of their art.
