LONDON May 12 (Reuters) - Virgin Media Inc (VMED.O) has drawn up a shortlist of three potential buyers of its VMtv channels, the Times reported on Tuesday.

Channel 4, Time Warner Inc (TWX.N) and BSkyB (BSY.L) had made it through to the second round of the auction of VMtv, whose channels include Brave and Living, the paper said citing unnamed sources.

Virgin Media has opted to sell the channels separately from its other TV asset, its UKTV venture with BBC [BBC.UL] Worldwide, the paper said, adding the sale of the two could fetch about 400 million pounds ($607 million).
