New Issue-Central Maine Power Co sells $150 mln in 10-yr FMB's
May 18 (Reuters) - The Central Maine Power Company, a unit of Energy East, on Monday sold $150 million of 10-year first mortgage bonds in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.
The Bank of New York Mellon and Wachovia were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
