Ence sells 100 pct of Uruguay pulp mill project

MADRID May 18 (Reuters) - Spanish paper, pulp and energy firm Ence (ENC.MC) said on Monday it had sold its Punta Pereira pulp mill project along with other Uruguayan assets to Stora Enso (STERV.HE) and Chile's Arauco for $340 million.
