acquired Kenny Kindler Board Consultants to lead CTPartners Board Consultants. 

Roger Kenny, formerly President of Boardroom Consultants, has joined the Firm as
a Vice Chairman and will head up CTPartners Board Consultants. 

Also joining is Peter Kindler as Partner and Glynn Kenny as Director. They will
be based in the New York office. CTPartners Board Consultants have a long and
broad track record in Board Director Recruitment, Board Assessment, Succession
Planning and various Board Advisory Services. They have a 14-person Advisory
Board made up of former CEOs and Directors who sit on multiple Boards.
