Exchange Commission.

In discussions with analysts, the company reports that it has crossed an
important plateau and is now cash positive. Quarter over quarter (2008/2009),
revenues are up 14.5% to $1,138,882. Management reports that health measurement
indicators are all positive. Operating expenses are down 11.4%, Gross Profits
are up 5.6% and income has gone from a $76,000 loss to a $41,000 profit.
