West Valley Journal Now Publishing Weekly

MONTEREY PARK, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
The West Valley Journal, a community newspaper serving the west San Gabriel
Valley, launched a weekly publication schedule on May 14, 2009. 

The announcement was made by David Barron, publisher of the community newspaper.
The West Valley Journal is a tabloid format newspaper with a companion website
at www.sgvjournal.com. 

The West Valley Journal newspapers circulate in Rosemead and Monterey Park and
adjoining communities. The communities are predominately Asian and Hispanic. The
Journal is the only community newspaper edited, printed and distributed in the
area. The Journal newspapers have been published for the past ten years on a
monthly schedule.
