Company`s TotaleAtlasWeb eliminates paper, creates new efficiencies
LINDEN, N.J.--(Business Wire)--
Integrated Media Management (IMM), a document output management and automation
technology provider, reported a significant 36.6 percent increase of
TotaleAtlasWeb remote signing events from last year`s fourth quarter to the
quarter just ended 2009. IMM`s TotaleAtlasWeb is a remote signature capture and
secure document delivery solution that allows business to be conducted anywhere
24/7.

"Financial institutions are searching for ways to service their base without
having to build new facilities and accrue additional costs," said John Levy,
Integrated Media Management EVP. "Remote signature capture technology does
exactly that, plus it is a green technology that appeals to the millennial
generation, which expects there to be a way to do everything online and right
away. TotaleAtlasWeb provides the opportunity for anytime, anywhere service to
reach outside the branch network."

IMM`s strong first quarter of signing events using TotaleAtlasWeb are consistent
with the product`s increasing demand from the previous year. In a recent press
release, the company announced that it had achieved record total member signing
events for the product in 2008, which tripled the number of signings from 2007.

Among the credit unions seeing substantial growth in TotaleAtlasWeb activity are
Aspire Federal Credit Union, N.J.; TruWest Federal Credit Union, Ariz.; Resource
One Credit Union, Texas; and Service Credit Union, N.H.

Chuck Klein, Integrated Media Management CEO, explained, "Providing consumers a
means to complete transactions remotely via the Web contributes to the ease,
convenience and mobility with which they can conduct their business. This
technology allows financial institutions to increase transaction volume, as
workflow and productivity are streamlined, while reducing costs by eliminating
courier costs and paper."
