Lend America Launches National Ad Campaign to Educate Struggling Homeowners
Facing Foreclosure on the HOPE for Homeowners Program

First lender in the nation to receive H4H Unconditional Lender Insurance
Approval from HUD

Takes leadership role and is committed to saving 10,000 homeowners from
foreclosure

MELVILLE, N.Y., May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Lend America, a leading next generation
direct-to-consumer FHA lender, announced today it is kicking off the first
phase of a new national advertising campaign to educate struggling homeowners
facing foreclosure on the U.S. Government's HOPE For Homeowners (H4H)
foreclosure prevention program. Lend America is the first lender in the
country to receive approval from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) to underwrite, close and insure H4H loan transactions
without prior HUD review.

Lend America launched the new ad campaign with a tagline "Relief Comes In The
Form Of Hope," in the national print edition of The New York Times on May 17,
2009. The print ad will also run nationally in The Washington Post, USA
Today, The Wall Street Journal, and Newsday over the next week. In addition,
the Company plans to launch a new series of 60 second format TV commercials
starting in this week in order to continue to educate borrowers on the H4H
foreclosure prevention program.

The Government's HOPE for Homeowners program, which was implemented on October
1, 2008, allows lenders to refinance current or delinquent borrowers provided
that the first lien holder of the loan writes the loan down to less than the
current home value and waives any late fees or prepayment penalties. The
Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insures the new loan and subordinate lien
holders get a share in future appreciation of the loan.

"Lend America is 100% behind President Barack Obama's plan to help homeowners
avoid foreclosure," commented Michael Ashley, Chief Business Strategist of
Lend America. "Although the H4H program is very complicated, we believe it is
about to gain significant momentum and we are using this aggressive ad
campaign to help struggling homeowners understand there is a refinancing
solution available to prevent foreclosure. As these ads demonstrate, we are
committed to maintaining our leadership position in the H4H foreclosure
prevention program and are focused on delivering on our promise of saving
10,000 homeowners from foreclosure as quickly as possible."

Lend America has both a Direct-to-Consumer H4H platform which utilizes its
highly trained and H4H certified mortgage specialists to help borrowers facing
foreclosure find a refinancing solution and an Institutional Investor
platform, Maximum Principal Recapture Program, that allows institutional
investors to quickly monetize their residential mortgage portfolios.
