D. John Ogren Joins DeepFlex Board

HOUSTON, May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- DeepFlex today announced that D. John Ogren
has been elected to the Company's board of directors as non-executive
Chairman.  His experiences range from major NYSE companies to high-tech
start-ups. Ogren serves on the board of directors of Core Laboratories N.V.,
The Wood Group and is an Advisory Director of Intrepid Energy (UK) Ltd. He
also served as non-executive Chairman of WellDynamics, a joint venture company
which was owned by Halliburton and Shell Technology Ventures (STV) until
Halliburton recently acquired STV's position.  Ogren served as President of
Production Operators, Inc. from 1994 until 1999.  From 1965 until 1991 he
served in various positions of increasing responsibility with Conoco, Inc. in
its upstream oil and gas businesses and then moved to Conoco's parent company,
E.I. Du Pont De Nemours and Company, as a senior executive from 1991 to 1994.
