Affiliate of PRWT Services, Inc. Purchases KBL Warrants in Private Transactions

NEW YORK, May 18, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- KBL Healthcare Acquisition Corp. III
("KBL") (NYSE Amex:KHA) (NYSE Amex:KHA.U) (NYSE Amex:KHA.WS) announced today
that Jerry L. Johnson, the Vice Chairman of PRWT Services, Inc. ("PRWT"), has
purchased an aggregate of 1.5 million warrants of KBL in private transactions
for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $405,000. As previously
announced on May 6, 2009, PRWT purchased an aggregate of approximately 7.275
million warrants of KBL in private transactions for an aggregate purchase price
of approximately $2.0 million. KBL has entered into a definitive merger
agreement with PRWT, providing for a business combination in which PRWT will
become the publicly traded company upon closing of the business combination. The
business combination is expected to close in the third quarter of 2009.
