London Stock Exchange Regulatory News Service and Clarity Systems announce an
exclusive partnership

LONDON, UK, May 18 /PRNewswire/ - Clarity Systems, a leader in external
reporting and corporate performance management (CPM) and the London Stock
Exchange company news service, RNS, today announced an exclusive strategic
partnership that will enable users of Clarity FSR to streamline their
submission of announcements to RNS.
Clarity FSR is an innovative external and regulatory reporting solution
that enables a range of announcements to be created from a central database,
while still allowing users to take advantage of the formatting and calculation
capabilities of MS-Word and MS-Excel. The system produces highly formatted
documents with the appropriate commentaries and supplementary notes, reducing
both the time taken to produce submissions and the costs and risks associated
with non compliance and error.
Clarity Systems and the Exchange have worked together to create an
extension to Clarity FSR. Interim Management Statements, Annual Reports,
corporate disclosures and press releases can now all be written and validated
in Clarity FSR and released directly to RNS, eliminating the need for further
work to ensure that the documents are compliant with RNS formatting standards.
