SkillSoft Schedules Fiscal 2010 First Quarter Conference Call

medium-sized businesses, intends to release its operating results for its
fiscal 2010 first quarter ended April 30, 2009 after the market closes on
Thursday, May 21, 2009.

In conjunction with the release, management will conduct a conference call on
