Dr. Michael W. McElfresh joins Aura`s Technical and Management Staff

EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Aura Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: AUSI) announced today that Dr. Michael McElfresh
joined the Company`s technical and management team. Dr. McElfresh received his
Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from the University of California at San Diego. Dr.
McElfresh brings with him 21 years of broad experience in numerous positions in
both high tech companies and academia. Prior to joining Aura, he served as a
Staff Consultant at the Argonne National Laboratory, Director of Product line
Management at OptiSolar, and numerous positions at Lawrence Livermore National
Laboratory. He was also a tenured professor of Physics at Purdue University.

Dr. McElfresh will be responsible for all technical activities and management
tasks associated with the applications of Aura`s technology to alternative
energy solutions such as, wind turbines, and our new hybrid, wind-solar-battery
solution using the unique patented architecture of the AuraGen mobile solution.
