Vertigo Theme Parks, Inc. (Vertigo) (Pink Sheets:VTPK), a theme park company
featuring Adrenaline Rush Adventures, today announced continued progress towards
its Phase One Opening which has been delayed to the later part of this year at
its Vertigo Theme Park, Buga located just outside of Cali at Club Estancia de la
Plaz in Buga-Quebrasa Seca Valle Del Cauca, Colombia. To date, site work, park
amenities, several stages, various parking lots and our first Villa have all
been completed. We are very much looking forward to our previously announced
relationship with Gutmen and the receipt of the first tranche of forty million
dollars which will allow us to begin moving the Park forward in the upcoming
