CARSON CITY, NV, May 18 (MARKET WIRE) --
Bonfire Productions Inc. (OTCBB: BNFR) has announced that the company has
executed a definitive plan of merger with streaming media technology
pioneer Intervision Network Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IVSW) (IVNet).
Management for both companies stated that the agreement was executed
earlier today.
Bonfire Productions now intends to begin plans for a large scale roll-out
of the entire IVNet product line (www.intervisionnetwork.tv). The
centerpiece of this product offering will be the Ice Mobile
(www.keepitonice.com), a media phone developed with revolutionary global
broadcasting capabilities.
Bonfire Productions and IVNet anticipate the Ice Mobile product offering
to be global in scale, as the technology is readily compatible with any
GSM carrier. While other mobile technology devices provide only archived
streaming clips, the Ice Mobile provides the user with live continuous
streaming media content disseminated at a rate of 30 frames per second.
Moreover, the device features a "click-to-broadcast" live point to
multipoint media dissemination between one Ice Mobile device and another
Ice Mobile device or to the Internet.
In addition to the Ice Mobile, IVNet's technology and business ventures
relate to Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) broadcasting and related
live Internet-based multimedia transmission technologies including a
global content delivery network, IPTV set top boxes and related
technologies.
