Director Dealing

The Company announces that, following a purchase of 237 shares by Mr John
Pearmund, a Director of the Company, and 107 shares by Mrs Christine Pearmund,
the wife of Mr Pearmund, Mr Pearmund's interest is 49,244 Ordinary 10p shares
in the Company (representing 0.06% of the issued Ordinary shares).

The shares were purchased on 14 May 2009 at a price of £0.848. All the shares
are held in an ISA.
