AIU Holdings` Travel Guard Unit Names Dean Sivley President and CEO

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
AIU Holdings` Travel Guard unit today announced the appointment of Dean Sivley
as President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding John Noel, Travel Guard`s
founder and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Sivley joins Travel Guard from Orbitz,
where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Business and
Alliance Marketing at Orbitz Worldwide.

positions with Atlas Travel Technologies, Rosenbluth International, Neon Systems
and VerticalNet Inc. Mr. Sivley earned his MBA from Columbia University and his
undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. 

Mr. Noel founded Travel Guard in 1985 and built the company into the largest
provider of travel insurance and assistance in North America. In May of 2006
