BTIG To Hold 7th Commissions for Charity Day

NEW YORK, May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- BTIG LLC, an institutional broker dealer
specializing in trading and related brokerage services, will donate equity and
derivative trading commission profits earned on Tuesday, May 19 to a group of
nonprofit organizations.

With charitable giving suffering due to the economic downturn, BTIG has
committed to continue its philanthropic efforts with its 7th Commissions for
Charity Day. Its last Commissions for Charity Day raised more than $2 million,
and over the past five years BTIG has donated more than $7 million to various
organizations.

Michael J. Fox, Eli Manning, Joe Giraradi, Reggie Jackson and Johnny Damon,
among others, are scheduled to attend the Charity Day in support of their
charitable foundations.

BTIG has selected several nonprofit organizations that deal with important
issues facing children across the country to receive BTIG's equity and
derivative commission profits earned on May 19. The nonprofit organizations
below have been selected to participate in Commissions for Charity Day:
