Serco Group plc (the "Company") advises that on 15 May 2009 the senior
executives detailed below (each a person discharging managerial responsibility)
were granted options to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 2p each in the
Company shown opposite their names at 388.25p per share through participation
in the Serco Group plc 2005 Executive Option Plan:

Andrew White                               44,172                            
                                                                             
Clive Barton                               44,172                            

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.4.R.
