McObject & MPC Data Partner in European Embedded Markets

McObject(R), an innovator in embedded database technology, announced a
partnership with UK-based MPC Data. In the alliance, MPC Data will
distribute McObject's eXtremeDB(TM) and Perst(TM) embedded database
software, and provide services surrounding the technology, in key
European embedded development markets including automotive, mobile
computing and phones, consumer electronics, medical products, industrial
control, netcom/telecom and retail.

The partnership centers on the UK, Scandinavia and other northern European
countries, where MPC Data already has significant clientele. MPC Data
provides design, consultancy, project management and development services
and is recognized as a solutions provider for Microsoft Windows Embedded
platforms, RTOSs such as the QNX real-time operating system and embedded
Linux, and semiconductor platforms solutions such as TI, Renesas, Intel
and Freescale, among other technologies. MPC Data expressed excitement
over adding McObject's embedded database software to its technology
portfolio.
