SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION
Dori Media Group ("DMG" or "the Company"), the international media company
active in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution,
broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, has been informed by Catalyst
Equity Management ("Catalyst") that on May 18th, 2009, Catalyst acquired 150,000
shares in DMG to take its total holding in the Company to 1,192,500 shares,
representing approximately 5.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
