TransDigm to Host Analyst Day at its Champion Aerospace Facility

CLEVELAND, May 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TransDigm Group Incorporated
(NYSE: TDG), a leading global designer, producer and supplier of highly
engineered aircraft components, announced today that it will host an Analyst
Day meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at its Champion Aerospace Facility
located in Liberty, South Carolina.

The event is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. at the Champion facility and
conclude by 2:00 p.m., including a plant tour. Presenters will include:
