Hearne as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, servicing the areas Iowa,
Indiana, and Southern Illinois.

Tom joins Bibby Financial Services with more than fifteen years of experience in
commercial finance, beginning his career in the equipment leasing industry. Most
recently, he spent three years at Goldleaf Financial as a Business Development
Officer, and thereafter as Vice President of Sales position at Crestmark Bank.
