BIRMINGHAM, Ala., May 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Infinity Property and
Casualty Corporation (Nasdaq: IPCC) announced today that it declared a
quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share of Infinity Property and Casualty Common
Stock.  The dividend is payable on June 26, 2009 to holders of record on June
12, 2009.
