Following the launch onto the market of its range of technical products, AEWS
AG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Genesis Invest AG (FWB:GN0), has entered into a
partnership with EAL EuroAsia Leasing AG (EAL). The partnership will involve
Mobile Cube products, Tassa wind generators and Gruenbeck water-treatment
modules.

The aim of the partnership is to structure accompanying financing offers for
leasing and hire purchase to potential customers and outlets of AEWS AG
worldwide. EAL`s financing solutions are intended to create social and
technological innovation incentives in a sustained manner, further the
development of this market and boost sales of Genesis Invest`s products in an
