RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As announced in the 2008 Annual Report, Mr Ramanam Mylvaganam did not seek
re-election as a non-executive Director at the Company's 2009 Annual General
Meeting, having served on the Company's Board since 1998. Accordingly, it is
confirmed that he ceased to be a Director with effect from 13 May 2009.
