Broadband Antenna Tracking Systems, Inc., (BATS) announced today that it
has signed an agreement with MEconnect for distribution of BATS' products
throughout the Middle East and Africa.

BATS (www.batswireless.com) has innovative technology that automatically
locates, locks and tracks broadband communication access points with
continuous bandwidth optimization. It is ideal for rapid deployment or
extension of wireless networks.
