Arrival of Knutson & Cruz Signals Rise to a New Level in SYMBITS` Capabilities
and Offerings.

SYMBITS, Inc. today announced the addition of Randy Knutson as president and
Rene Cruz as director of IT. Both Knutson & Cruz bring with them many years of
experience in the technology and IT managed services industry.

Randy Knutson has over 17 years of experience developing and implementing system
and operational solutions across multiple industries. Holding executive roles in
both very large and start-up organizations, Mr. Knutson brings a
customer-oriented practicality to challenging business situations, creating
success, efficiency and predictability in day-to-day operations.

As co-founder of a 130-store national wireless retail chain, Mr. Knutson built
the operational infrastructure from the ground-up and led various functions
including sales, systems, distribution and store support. During his extensive
search for an IT service provider that was equipped to support the company`s
needs, it became clear that the providers were not built with offerings and
capabilities geared to the demands of a distributed retail business. His
experience there will enable SYMBITS to continue to evolve its service delivery
model into an effective retail solution, in addition to maintaining and

Prior, Mr. Knutson was an executive at Sprint Nextel leading sales operations
for the company`s consumer distribution and with Nextel, led operations for the
company`s retail store chain, helping it grow from 300 to 800 locations. Mr.
Knutson holds a Masters of Science degree in Management Information Systems from
the University of Virginia.
