Japan's Takeda to buy U.S.'s IDM Pharma for $75 mln

TOKYO May 18 (Reuters) - Takeda Pharmaceutical Co Ltd (4502.T) said on Monday that it would buy U.S. bio-pharmaceutical firm IDM Pharma IDMI.O for $75 million, offering $2.64 per IDM Pharma share. (Reporting by Mayumi Negishi)
