New Life Agency, Inc. Continues to Trial Against Beitler Services, Inc. in
Pursuit of Payments for Surrogate Maternity Claims

LOS ANGELES, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- New Life Agency filed suit against Beitler
Services on November 10, 2008 for breach of contract.

This lawsuit grew out of a previous contractual relationship between New Life
Agency and Beitler Services which ended in December 2005. Once New Life Agency
assumed direct management for claims administration, it found numerous unpaid
claims for New Life's Surrogate Maternity and Cycle Medical Plan(R), clients
and surrogates.

In order to protect its clients and surrogates from potential financial
damage, New Life chose to pay medical claims out of its own pockets. Beitler
had agreed to reimburse New Life Agency for the claims in question, but after
significant collections efforts, failed to do so. As a result, New Life Agency
was left with no alternative but to file suit against Beitler Services, Inc.
to recover the funds owed to them.
