Intelex Technologies Inc. Awarded the 2009 Eco Canada Employer of the Year Human Resources Commitment Award

Intelex announced today that they are the proud recipient of the 2009 ECO
Canada Employer of the Year Human Resources Commitment Award.

In a recent announcement, Chris Stewart, Senior Marketing Manager at ECO
Canada said "ECO Canada is proud to honor Intelex Technologies
Incorporated as the first recipient of their Human Resources Commitment
Award. Each year this award will recognize an environmental organization

To qualify for the Human Resources Commitment Award 30 Intelex employees
had to complete an employment satisfaction survey administered by ECO
Canada. The results of the survey indicated that Intelex showed
industry-leading performance while earning satisfaction increases for
three consecutive years in the areas of clarity of direction; excellence
in work/life balance for employees; clear communication of goals, values,
and objectives; establishment of an open, trusting, fun and productive
work environment; and effective communication systems.
