CIBER Announces Development of Reporting Service for California Community
Colleges

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., May 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CIBER, Inc., (NYSE:
CBR) a global provider of information technology (IT) services, announced the
continued development and maintenance of a reporting service to support
California MIS 320 reporting requirements for colleges in the California
Community College System running Oracle(R)'s PeopleSoft Enterprise 9.0
applications. CIBER has offered maintenance for these reports for earlier
versions of the PeopleSoft Enterprise applications for the past nine years and
will now continue to offer repeat maintenance for the latest release.

The California Community College System Office reported in 2007 that 29
percent of Credit Students attended more than one college during their
academic career. The MIS 320 Reports require California Community Colleges to
provide student data, courses, and college calendars to ensure accuracy in
reporting financial aid, Federal Perkins Loans, enrollment, matriculation and
more. By consolidating the management of these reports within the integrated
PeopleSoft Enterprise environment, CIBER will greatly enhance reporting
capabilities for the individual California Community Colleges, while reducing
the resources required from each school to maintain separate reporting
systems.

Colleges and universities subscribing to the MIS 320 reporting service will
benefit from reduced management and maintenance of their system while meeting
the state reporting requirements. CIBER will maintain the MIS 320 Reports to
meet the state's changing standards as well as provide updates for future
PeopleSoft Enterprise product releases. CIBER has provided consulting
services to virtually all of the California Community Colleges running
PeopleSoft Enterprise ERP systems and values its relationship as a development
partner with each school.

CIBER brings to the California Community Colleges significant experience
working with PeopleSoft Enterprise applications in the higher education
industry. "We are firmly committed to providing enterprise-wide services for
higher education clients," said Mike Dillon, Senior Vice President of CIBER's
Higher Education practice. "As the leading publicly-traded systems integrator
of PeopleSoft Enterprise software for higher education, we are excited about
this solution and our ability to provide the California Community Colleges
with the support needed to fulfill the reporting requirements of the state of
California."
