Premier Herpes Dating Website, www.TwoCan.com, to Aid in Finding a Cure for
Herpes

TwoCan.com Moves to Full Release and Arranges Donations to Duke University

MONROVIA, Calif., May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- TwoCan.com(TM) announces today the
full release of its herpes dating website, www.TwoCan.com and its commitment
to help find a cure by donating a percentage of profits to Duke University's
herpes research. TwoCan.com is the first and only dating site created
exclusively to help millions of people with HSV-2 (herpes) by eliminating the
fear of disclosure and exposure.

TwoCan.com is officially out of its Beta-phase and into full release. As the
company reaches profitability through monthly membership fees, TwoCan.com will
share a portion of those profits with Duke University in their collective
fight against the virus. TwoCan.com was founded on two basic principles:
bringing a service to millions of people who need an appropriate dating
environment; and providing funding for research to find a cure. Membership
participation at TwoCan.com is directly involved in finding a cure.

"It may seem odd that a company would invest in its own destruction, but that
is exactly what we're doing. If a herpes cure is found, TwoCan.com will phase
out and disappear," says John Colbert, CEO/Founder of TwoCan.com. "We are NOT
taking advantage of people who have landed in an unfortunate place. We ARE
taking an unpleasant situation and making it the best it can be, while also
aiding in research."

The design of TwoCan.com changes the game for niche dating websites. Our
custom-built architecture and infrastructure, pay-when-you-need-to-pay
billing, and commitment to finding a cure, brings the right service to the
right people exactly when they need it. The company is excited to cooperate
with Duke University and Dr. Bryan Cullen's research team on their
groundbreaking advances in herpes research. TwoCan.com has spent just short of
a year with Duke University sorting out the arrangements for these
contributions, as this was a founding principle for the company.

"We've been very excited about our HSV-1 research and findings and as we move
more into HSV-2 research every donation helps," says Dr. Bryan Cullen.
"Donations from TwoCan.com will keep our research going."

Duke University of North Carolina conducted a study of herpes and found a
glimmer of hope for a cure. "The inactive virus is completely untouchable by
any treatment we have. Unless you activate the virus, you can't kill it," said
Bryan Cullen, who oversaw the research. Jennifer Umbach, working with her team
of researchers, found that a gene called LAT controls microRNAs that turn off
other genes in the virus. They speculate that it may be possible to "wake up"
the virus and then kill it with standard antiviral drugs such as acyclovir.

"The results that we have obtained working on the inactive stages of recurrent
HSV-1 and HSV-2 infections suggest a possible approach to not only the
treatment but also potential cure of these difficult infections," says Dr.
Bryan Cullen, Director, Center for Virology, Duke University Department
Molecular Genetics and Microbiology. "We are anxious to test these approaches
in experimental animals in the hope of identifying a potential lead drug for
eventual analysis in people. Although it is still too early to recruit people
into clinical trials, which are still likely two or three years away, we are
working hard on this research and will use the donations we receive to move
this work into the clinic as soon as efficacy and safety are proven in
animals."

"Dr. Cullen has taken this groundbreaking research and applied it to new
research of the HSV-2 (genital herpes) virus," explains Colbert. "His team of
cutting-edge scientists is leading the research in this area and can use all
the help and support they can get. We expect that our contributions will have
a big impact on their research capabilities."
