Dragon Pharma Announces June 21, 2009 for 2009 Annual Shareholders' Meeting

international pharmaceutical company, today announced that June 21, 2009 has
been set as the date for the Annual Stockholders' Meeting.
The Annual Meeting of Dragon stockholders will be held at Hyatt Regency Hong
Kong, Sha Tin, 18 Chak Cheung Street, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong,
P.R. China at 10:30 am local time. Stockholders of record as of the close of
business on May 19, 2009 will be entitled to vote on the election of
directors.
On or about May 25, 2009, the Company will send to these stockholders a copy
of the proxy statement in connection to the Annual Meeting.
