AMNE Sells Its First County for $250,000

NEW HAVEN, CT, May 19 (MARKET WIRE) --
American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) is pleased to announce that
its wholly owned subsidiary, Eco-Built Systems LLC, d/b/a Paradigm
Polymers has sold it first county for $250,000.

AMNE recently acquired Ecosafe Premium Foam(R) and has since been
traveling around the country signing up sales reps and trying to sell
counties. Broward County, FL with an estimated population of 1.8 million
people and 800,000 housing units was sold for $250,000.

AMNE believes as more people realize the benefits of Ecosafe insulation as
an environmentally safe and friendly product, due to the foam being
non-toxic and contains no petrochemicals or solvents, more counties will
be sold.

AMNE would also like to restate the record date for its 5 for 1 forward
split is June 1st, all shareholders of record on June 1st will receive 5
shares for every one share of AMNE they own. The Company would also like
to go on record as saying that the Company has no plans of doing a reverse
split in the future as they see that counterproductive to the forward
split.
