HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Bio-Clean International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BCLE) (www.bio-cleanintl.com)
announced today that its affiliated entity, American Bio-Clean Corporation
(www.americanbiocleancorp.com), has been accepted by Abrams Group, LLC as part
of their successful team bidding on new contracts in the amount of approximately
Twenty Million ($20,000,000) Dollars worth for upcoming work for the U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers.

John Finn, Executive Vice President and a Director of Bio-Clean International,
Inc., said, "The work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is exclusively
set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. American
Bio-Clean Corporation, one of our affiliated entities, is a Service-Disabled
Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and has just finalized teaming agreements
with three of the nation's most successful and experienced construction
companies that are bidding Multiple Award Task Orders Contracts (MATOC) for
Hurricane Protection Restoration. Abrams Group, LLC, also a SDVOSB, will be the
Prime Contractor and has specialized in this type of work for the Federal
Government for the past ten years including work following Hurricane Katrina.
Inasmuch as American Bio-Clean Corp. has the technology, experience, and aqueous
based bio-remediation fluids to clean up hazardous waste after a natural
disaster, this teaming arrangement brings together two SDVOSB companies, giving
a total solution for the MATOC requirement."

Mr. Finn went on to say, "This unique marketing advantage will also allow ABC to
bid on several other major contracts in the immediate future that exceed this
first $20,000,000 solicitation. This unique marketing advantage should increase
revenues for the Company both in the immediate future and the long term."

"Cleantech."

Our majority-owned subsidiary, American Bio-Tech Cleaning, Inc. (ABT), designs

American Bio-Clean Corporation (ABC,) which markets and distributes our cleaning

3% minority spending requirements. Similar mandated spending requirements
adopted by most states vary from 3% to 20%. Additionally, many private sector
companies have targeted goals for suppliers.

We also maintain a minority interest in Veterans Training Corporation, (VTC),
which is also a SDVOB business based in Southern California and provides a wide
range of training programs for a variety of clients including the U.S.
Department of Defense. In addition, VTC provides training programs for the
private sector such as its OSHA safety-training programs for the construction
industry.
